Follow up: much to my surprise, I received a refund check for the air fryer. I hope they just stop selling that item, I've read so many complaints.

If you're considering buying anything from Bella Housewares, turn and run the other direction, and don't look back!
If you have any problems with any of their products, you won't resolve them because they never get back to you, so just throw it in the trash and forget you even had it. The number of negative comments or complaints on their Facebook page about their products and non-existent customer service is shocking, and how they stay in business is a marvel, indeed.
My bad experience with them (as well as with many others, according to reviews) began with a 4.2 QT Air Fryer.

A total piece of crap.

A reputable company would honor a warranty. All you get from these guys is automated emails.

Bella is not a good product. The non stick coating on their roaster pans comes off.

Won’t do anything without a receipt. Got 2 Bella brand roaster pans as a Christmas gift and they won’t do a thing because I don’t have a receipt. I explained this to customer service that these were gifts. I emailed the model numbers off both roaster pans and sent pictures and again I was asked for a copy of the receipt.

I now have 2 useless roaster pans.

Not advised to cook in these pans when the non stick coating comes off. I would not recommend Bella products!

Inside the cook pot the Teflon coating is coming off.

I received the Bella pressure cooker for a Christmas gift. I have used only the little spatula that came with the cook-pot. The Teflon coating has started coming off. I could not find a replacement for the inner cook- pot.

Yes it stops working after four months

Its doesnt cook the food but burns the top layer of the food. It gets smoky &;;; make my home smell of burnt food now. I purchased it December 2020.

Called regarding the little spacer "legs" on the Crisper tray in my Bella Pro Series. One has fell apart. Just received as a Christmas gift. It's not even 2 months old, but I'm told no parts available and its function is just to keep the bottom from scratching? Really after using for less than 2 months.

Worst customer service quality one can encounter

Upon purchasing a new Product(Juicer), with in a month there was a problem with filter alignment not spinning correctly, so I contacted the Bella customer service via phone and email, I sent them both pictures, scanned copy of the invoice and emailed it to them. Two weeks went by without hearing from them, I contacted the customers service and was informed that they are still waiting for a copy of the purchase invoice, I sent it again and a week later when I called again, the same answer was given to me.

Finally, I got tired and sent back the device to Amazon and purchased another brand. More than a month later the same Bella customer service sent an email asking me for a video of the juicer.

This is ridiculous that one has to go through such a nonsense and poor quality customer service, I will not recommend purchasing any products from this company.

I reached out to the company. The company told me I would need a validated receipt after I spoke with them first and told them I did not have a receipt it was given to me as a gift. The panel its falling off with wires hanging out which could cause a fire.

Purchased toaster. Read instructions. Put first and second settings on 1. Burned toast both times and caused smoke damage to apartment. Toast never popped up to stop.

Nothing g done yesterday, called supervisor waiting a call back.

Purchased a bella air fryer. Air fryer works well but the rupper parts on the interior tray are broken. These 4 rubber stops support the tray and keep it level. With two of them broken the food slides into the grease at the bottom of the cooker. I have called numerous time and got the run around. Statements saying we are working on your claim but nothing ever happened. You need to bring it vack to Best Buy. At least 4 phone calls 5 or 6 texts or emails but nothing ever happened. This has been going on since December. They said it will be resolved this afternoon, let's see what happens.Not sure just keep harassing them

We received the 6qt pressure cooker from my mother as a Christmas gift before she passed away. I hadnt even opened the box until recently and the gasket needed for the lid was not in the box.

I reached out to Bella and they absolutely refused to help me.

I am not even ALLOWED to buy a replacement part. So I have to just throw this whole unit out.

I have tried to reach Bella with questions about my steamer, and they won't answer me--they seem to think that my call is a warranty claim.

I agree Bella crockpots are garbage. Bought one 18 months ago and used it a few times.

The last time I used it the bottom melted wires and bottom . Called them up… Their customer service really sucks. I sent them pictures of box and item. Serial # and where the damage was.

They said they can’t help me because I don’t have a receipt.

I was like wow!!! If u don’t have an receipt for the item don’t waste your time.

What kind of gasket ? Those things are easy to make of just about any required material.

I did it for years for nearly every imaginable product. Meanwhile, I wouldn't let the manufacturer off the hook with a single discouraging telephone call.

Sorry about Mom ; you didn't mention how long she's been gone but that unit can't be so old as to be obsolete. There is a solution to this.

Thank you so much. Momma passed on April 10, 2020 and daddy passed on the 14th.

Both had strokes She bought me the InstaPot in September of 2019 for Christmas but I never got to even open it until later. Could you possibly give me some starting pointers to make one? My sister’s gasket in her InstaPot is about 1/4” wide circle rubber to fit the 6 qt pot. Bellahousewares still have not agreed to sell me one because it’s against their policies.

I truly appreciate any advice. Thank you!!!

Non existent customer service

I ordered a tea kettle in September 2020 and within two weeks the indicator light stopped working. I emailed the company to request a replacement or a refund and finally heard back almost a month later. Since then I have provided them with everything they asked for (product receipt, video of the issue, all of my information, and product numbers off the kettle itself) and have never heard back. It has now been over four months since I reached out for help and they have not responded to multiple follow-up emails. I called customer service today and was not able to get anyone to answer, despite an extremely long wait.
