So, I finally got a hold of someone. And he said that they cannot do anything cause it’s still under 3 months retail warranty.

I have to contact the retailer for exchange. Retailer policy is I can’t exchange since I got it online.

I can return and re-purchase but that means they won’t honor the price that I paid when I bought my current product. Yes, I’m stuck in between policy.

I called in because I received my product with some fault. I called on 12/03 and they asked me to send an email to help@***.com which I did on the same day. Wait and never got any response. Tried again and still nothing. So far my experience has been bad and I do not have any clue when I am going to get a reply. Just called again today 12/21 and received an auto-reply said the office is closed.

Air fryer problem

Hi, I just bought my new Bella Pro Series - 6.3-qt. Touchscreen Air Fryer - Stainless Steel Model: 90110 SKU: 641**** The first time when I used it, it showed it on the screen error. The second time I tried it again and it still on the screen the same problem. What can I do for that? I would like to return or have a replacement because it a brand new, only used it twice and already had a problem

Air Fryer Quality

I bought Bella professional Air Fryer from Best Buy and it just stopped working after couple of times of normal usage. I am trying to reach out to Bella customer service since then for the warranty but either they don't pick the call but in case if they pick up the call after 50 retries they simply just hang the call. This is most pathetic customer service I have ever seen and even worse product quality I ever bought. I wouldn't recommand anyone to buy any Bella product. It's better to throw away your money instead of getting a worse product and then waste your time over the phone trying to contact them for warranty.

Missing rubber peg on bottom

we opened up a new 12x12 copper titanium ele. skillet and it didnt sit right i looked at it and found that it was missing one of the rubber pegs in the leg so it wobbles its not something i would take back for replacement but if i could get one sent to me i would pay for it my email is elffender@***.com i hope that it could be taken care of that you very muchcheck all parts

Coffee maker does not work

Purchased a Bella Elite model #PSK1187R2B for $79.00 at Kohls last year. Will no longer work when plugged in. Item is only about 1 year old. Says a lot about your products. Expensive and not very well made for it to stop working so quickly. Purchased a $20 coffee maker made by another company and it is still working well. Would not recommend or purchase other Bella items due to inferiority of this product. Was it made in China? Just having the Pissed Consumer statement below should tell everyone about your products. You would not need such a statement unless you have received a voluminous amount of complaints. Why not just improve the quality of the products or stop selling them. Company reputation will be demolished otherwise. Stop selling junk just to recoup money.

Replacement carafe

Trying to replace a carafe that cracked while making coffee sent them email with proof of purchase back in December and sent them several other emails with no resolutions. I will Never purchase any of their products ever again. I've also tried reaching them by phone numerous of times with no one is picking up, and I am aware if the crisis we are in, but I'm sure someone is answering phones or emails.

My Bella multi cooker leaks and don't work

I'm very disappointed with your service, we as in me and my wife received many gifts from friends and one was your multi cooker it worked for about 4 weeks then it stopped working, I your company and the young lady on the phone was just not having nothing to do with me she hung up the phone..I didn't have a receipt so I just told my wife any product with Bella we should look past..don't ever buy one ..
