Bella Products do not Hold Up

I have owned two 4 cup Bella Coffee maker. They made great coffee, but the carafes broke very easily. My second coffee I bought at Best Buy.Tthe piece on the basket fell off within two weeks. Neither Best Buy, nor Bella would stand by their product. Luckily, I had kept my first Bella Coffee maker(the carafe had broken on the first one) and used it with the new carafe. Never again will I buy a Bella product. I just bought a Cuisinart.Do not buyth

Hello I received the Bella High Power Juice Extractor for a friend as a gift and it doesnt work. I no long speak to that person so Im not able to get any information from her.The juicer powers on, but when trying to turn it to the speed its doesnt blend. Im guessing the motor is bad. My new Bella air fryer would cut off when I shook the basket. I had to turn it back on each time.

I called bella and they started a case. Since then, Ihave received numerous emails, each time requesting something different. I have furnished everything requested. The latest letter stated that I needed to send a video of the me showing the problem with the air fryer.

This has gone on for weeks. The item was purchased on line from Best Buy.

Even though I furnished the receipt (as requested) they next asked for the date of delivery and proof of delivery. I only remember the date of delivery because we were out of town and I had to ask a neighbor to pick it up.

I got the triple crock pot for Christmas and one of the lids came with a broken handle. I sent them the receipt, the picture of the lid and picture of the sticker on the machine. After many back and forth emails, they said they do not have any replacement lids available and they are sorry they couldn't help me. They sold me a broken product and wouldn't send a replacement. I wasnt asking to have the entire unit replaced, just one of the lids. Very, very disappointing.

I received a mini chopper as a gift exchange Christmas 2021 went to take it out of the box February 5 to chop some nuts. Plugged it in try turning it on absolutely nothing no humming nothing completely not workable. I contacted youre company the lady sent me a link to email pictures in a box in the wrapper the number they requested off of the item. I was told I would hear something 24 to 48 hours a week later still no response I had to email again. Theres no way I have a receipt since it was a Christmas gift exchange!

Dont buy this item. This unit feel of off my counter during the dough making process and I reached out to the company to see if the unit could be fixed since it was still within the warranty.

They gave me the run around multiple times and it took me demanding a manager to get one to call me about getting a refund. Dont waste your time on this item, there are better options and also better companies. Also be prepared to be told that you will have to cut the power cord for the unit to get that refund. And it would take 4-6 weeks to even receive it, when mail from Canada only takes 2 weeks at the most.

Also the manager was horrible when I spoke to her, lied multiple times in our call and also would not allow me to speak to her manager. Also for the refund, she never took down my information.

There is no pressure release valve.My wife recieved this pressure cooker as a gift from her father. We cant wait to try tour prodect out . Thank you.
