Horrible/non trusting customer service

This company has gone back and forth with me for months about a faulty panini maker. I have sent them pictures and videos and they told me that since I didnt keep my receipt that they couldnt do anything. This is exhausting and a red flag! DO NOT BOTHER!! There are so many more companies who back their customers and not just their products

I have been reselling Bella candy cotton machines on my Amazon store, to my surprise every single unit that was sold was returned . Customers complaint about a techical problem that seem to be related to a manufacturing flaw. I have e-mailed Bella customer service several times, the only feedback i received is an automated response. My Amazon account is at risk of being banned and customers are still waiting for a feedback. Its very very sad that such a reputable brand operates with a non-existing customer support department.

Single cup coffee make is an absolute piece of junk and BELLA products are crap! Loved it but in less than 3 months the tank formed a leak, shorted out the circuits and almost caught my house on fire. Amazon won't take it back because it has been more than 30 days, and Bella customer service has unreasonable demands on a $20.00 item. Don't buy Bella! The internet is full of sites showing how to fix the crappo they churn out.

I want to replace the broken power cord of bella deep fryer 3.5 liter but the agent said just No replacement I can buy or could get unlesss my product was bought in 3month. Then, should I just throw away the deel fryer unit because of brkoen power cord? Customer service was terrible and I could not see any professinalism towards their customers!!

My toaster oven top heater no longer works

I had no satisfaction at all. I don't have a receipt and therefore she didn't want to talk to me. I wanted to order a replacement part and told me to online. Some customer service. I was so angry I threw the toaster oven out. I will never buy another bella product and will let all my friends and family know. I have never. Even treated so poorly. I just wanted some help.

This is pretty much it. The company said to find a "third party company" that "might have a replacement". As I said before, don't purchase this kettle.

I called Made By Gather customer service (866-832-****) and got through to a Bella Housewares representative. He kept repeating "I do apologize for that"...

they do not sell replacement parts. The best he could tell me to do is a Google search for third party companies that might have parts.

I looked up two of the searches he suggested (with him on the phone) and all I got was sales for the whole units. You can NOT get replacement parts for these things.

I was given a Bella Housewares 1.5L Electric Kettle for Christmas. (This means no receipt) The lid slipped from my hand and broke. I contacted them and told them what happened. They won't honor the warranty without a copy of the receipt (so don't give this as a gift to anyone) and they don't sell the lids! They told me to go on-line and search for replacement lids, which I have not been able to find. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I am a disabled senior and I received this NEW air fryer Model # AFD-4002
for a Birthday & Christmas gift from a relative up in New Hampshire. When I
received it I opened it up and found that there was no operating manual so I
went on line and tried to get one ...

I had no luck but while I was on line
looking at these I noticed these fryers had 2 pieces mine did not have.
It was also missing the divider for the basket and another piece that goes on
top of the basket. I began calling Bella C.S. on December 6th. The girl told me
she would have a supervisor call me back that afternoon and that never happened.
I have called several times already this month and got the same story and still
NO PHONE CALL BACK FROM A SUPERVISOR !
It's Pretty Bad when you can't get something dome about missing parts from a
factory sealed box and all you get is a C.S.

Rep. telling you it has to be a
supervisor who has to help you. I hope this gets to the right person so I can
receive the missing parts and a manual to my air fryer
This was their response ... .Thank you for your recent email, unfortunately, we are not able to mail out manuals.

Please see attached Bella 9qt Tri Zone air fryer Manual.

Air fryer damn near burnt my house down and ruined my counter a stove

Got home from work thru 8 chicken chunks in my in my air fryer let the dogs out go sit on couch here a poof sound I'm like what did the dogs do now lol walk into kitchen the entire fryer was in flames mind you it gets wiped out after every use grate goes in dishwasher so was clean literally had a 6 foot flame on my counter out of instinct I grabbed the air fryer thru outside singed all my hairs dropped hot melted plastic on stove counter floor melted wax was still burning had to use fire extinguisher to put out the fire I got hot wax all over my stove grates had to pull all those the hood over my stove and the bottom of my counter are absolutely Black full of silt all in all was not happy glad I was close and heard it happen or I'd be looking for a new house entire bottom blew out

This is the first time I have purchased an air fryer and the first time I have tried out this brand and I will say for the entire time that this air fryer has worked, It has performed better This is the first time I have purchased an air fryer and the first time I have tried out this brand and I will say It has performed better than I could ever ask. The food comes out perfectly Crisp And the timer is very reliable.

I am upset because it stopped working out of nowhere, and I became highly dependent on it, because it cooked my food to perfection.

I know things dont last forever, but I did not expect this to stop working after three months. And when I try to call customer service, no one answers .
