During the process of the juice extraction with my bella i got a big explosion all the pieces was everywhere i was very lucky my god protect my eyes and my son for me, endup with little cut

Toaster oven issue
They never responded to my injurys due to cleaning the toaster oven! The door hinge literally ripped my index finger!

NeI had this Bella blender which is under warranty and I contacted customer service becoz one of the rubber/silicon rings in one of the jars got torn while in use and there were broken pieces in my food so I had to trash all of its contents. So after 2 weeks of sharing...

Unit had multiple issues digital buttons nearly non functioning rattles like something is loose in top of unit one side heats properly other definitely does not will never own another dual fry air fryer from now on single basket was hoping for replacement with single basket but they do not offer that option very very disappointed guess I have to try crux 8 quart marshmello air fryer instead shame I used to love bella products sad I can't get replacement with single basket 8 or 9 quart such is life. Feeling sad. Thanks bella.

Change the blades and motor
I have the 1.2 Bella and according to the manual, "To ensure the crisping tray fits snugly into the frying basket drawer, there are 4 rubber tips attached to the sides of the tray. Before using, check to make sure all 4 rubber tips are in place. If they become separated from the tray, simply slide onto the tabs as shown." Hope this helps
