Verified ReviewerResolved: Refund for product in warranty
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Finally received refund check a week and some days later than advised.
They said it the check was "cashed" last time I corresponded with them.
They didn't say that the check was sent out or provide clarification. They have to do better with their communication and conveying what they mean.
They didn't have a replacement and offered a refund to which I provided a picture of the product with a cut cord and was told that a refund would be issued by mail in 4-6 weeks, confirmed my address and name. I contacted customer service a few days before 6 weeks had lapsed letting them know that I had NOT received a check in the mail. Was immediately brushed off saying wait another 2 weeks instead of providing a valid resolution. Got an email from "management" team today 4/24/24 saying the check was "cashed", my response was how could that be when I'm contacting you saying I hadn't received it, reconfirmed my address, how could it be cashed without a valid ID or bank account matching my name.
I asked for a response and recommended PayPal as a valid option to resolve these issues in the future.
This seems like it may be a scam to keep from paying out on products that died within a valid warranty period. Don't bother buying their products for the warranty process alone, save yourself the grief and buy something else.

Handle broke on air fryer
I purchased a Bella 2qt air fryer from BestBuy. One year later the handle cracked on the air fryer.
I contacted Bella housewares and sent pictures of the handle and asked if they offer a basket replacement. The representative said I must have a receipt.
I did not keep the receipt so they said they could not help me. If you buy a Bella air fryer the handle will crack so you better keep the receipt.

Blender doesn’t work
I was still under the warranty when my blender stopped working, and they asked me to send a video of why the blender wasnt working, I did, then they want another video of the serial number, I did and a few days later they want me to send a video and cut the electrical cord in the video!!! This is crazy!!
All this took weeks!!! Not a good company, they dont believe you asking for so many videos

Cannot replace an 18 cup carafe since it is not available any more but you can buy a new one and pray that the carafe will not break like I have two of them and pissed my monies away

Follow through with warranty request and have yet to receive a replacement. The fryer only lasted 3 months before issues arose.
They will not reply to emails after they have made me cut the cord for a replacement. No tracking number nor information as to where the replacement is. I will have to file with the State Attorney's Office and I guess, have to go to small claims court.
I have emails for the entire process, and as a consumer, I have done nothing incorrect. Avoid this company, in my opinion, with your purchases if this is how they handle complaints and requests.

I purchased a two slice toaster from Bella. Its very beautiful its in like a pistachio green. I was very thrilled when it came but playing with the Settings each slot toasts one side of the toast, OK or bagel and the other side is overdone all the adjustments does not fix the problem Was not very impressed with the quality of the toaster
Cant reach Bella
I have the Bella Pro series 9 qt flex basket I have had it about 9 mths It is so loud and rattly it sounds like it will explode there is also an intermittent smell coming from it. I have been trying to reach Bella for 2 weeks with no luck and it appears there is no email address

Broken part on waffle maker
Received item broken part on item during shipping. All I need is the part I can repair. It cost too much to send it back sending it back is cost more than what the Item is worth!!!

It's been a month since I was to receive reimbursement for a faulty unit.
They made me cut the cord so I have been w/o an air fryer throughout the Holidays.

Purchased a Bella 8 quart air fryer. Horrible odor that permeated the food.
The company was very accommodating, they must know there is a horrible odor issue with their product. They are issuing a full refund once I submit photos of the cord.

I purchase a air fryer that stop working 6 months after. I contacted Bella and ticket was created.
I was asked to submit some information including a video of the product.
This information was sent in more than five times and and the system were not able to open it. I have no other option to use to send the information except with my phone

The pot explosion on me give me very bad burns
The pot explosion on me leaving 3rd degree burns on my chest ,stomach and breast making it impossible to continue my breastfeeding journey
I called 866 832 **** yesterday, Dec 5 to report that my air fryer suddenly had flames coming out of the back. Had I not seen it immediately the fire would have spread. It was very frightening.
My air fryer suddenly caught fire and flames were shooting out of the back. When I called customer support they had no sense of urgency, They asked me for the serial number and my amazon receipt.
I forwarded all the info.
I am amazed that it is 4pm on 12/6 and I have heard nothing. I would think a fire in my kitchen would be taken more seriously, to say the least.
