Air fryer making loud noice out of the box

Received air fryer from best buy and apon use it makes a loud clicking sound. Looked up support and they suggeted check for loose pieces

Failed product

I purchased a toaster for a week trip we were taking in a travel trailer. I knew it was a cheap item but figured it would last a week. I learned to pull the toast out halfway through and turn over so it wouldn't burn on one side and not be cooked on the other. But after using it for a 3rd piece of toast it will no longer stay down or heat up. I looked at the warranty and would have to mail it back to them in original package plus insurance, which would cost more than the toaster cost. I threw it away and we just went without a toaster for the weak.

Registration difficulty

I've tried to register the product I just bought (Bella airfryer). I could find no information on their sight to do so. So I started a chat and the service representative failed to help and referred me to a site to pay $1 for help!!!! I refuse to pay for help just to register my product. How can they get away with this! It's like they don't want to active the warranty and make it impossible to register.

I got a electric tea kettle as a gift and when the ceramic started to chip and I found pieces floating in the water and had to pick some out of the inside bottom rim with tweezers I called the reprentative I spoke to said that he could not do anything because I did not have a receipt. I explained that this kettle was a gift and I did not have a receipt, so he said thier was nothing he could do. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told they were all busy but one would call me back. I am still waiting

User's recommendation: DO NOT BY BELLA TEA POT WITH CERAMIC.

Coffee maker stop working after three uses

Contact customer service regarding I received a coffeemaker as a gift with no receipt. and the coffeemaker stops working after four months. Customer service could not assist with a replacement without a receipt. Not acceptable. People give your product as gifts and you hold them responsible for not having a receipt. What about making a one-time courtesy for your consumers. This is poor customer service. I will not accept or buy your product again.

Product does not work

Bella Housewares - Product does not work
I purchased a 7 cup pink food processor several months ago and just got it out for the first time. There were no instructions on the box and no matter what I tried, I couldnt get the processor to turn on much less get anything chopped up. I am throwing it away. I purchased it at Hobby Lobby but am sure I dont have a receipt.

Imperfections in non stick ceramic coating

Just opened my Bella griddle. Found two small imperfections in ceramic coating. Could not be caused by shipping as box was not damaged. One good thing , it came four days early. Not going to return it. But hope the makers check products better. Quality control gets an F.

Coffee carafe

Same issue with the Bella regarding Replacing 14 cup coffee carafe! Get nowhere with this company! Again request copy of receipt which they should have on file. They never reply back to my messages. Coffee maker is great! Cant say same for company!

Terrible customer service

We tried to use warranty for a defective air fryer. Followed their instructions and were told a refund would be issued.Do NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!do not The process began Oct. 2021 We emailed called multiple times and are still waiting for the refund.
